What types of surface treatment you can provide?

We work with an extended network of manufacturers within the locale and source many other products, either in metal products or other products.

In recent years, we have developed wire tools, FIBC bags, mesh, bars.

 

 

What is the price?

The wire price can be influenced by the raw material-wire rod price movement, exchange rate and shipping fees change.

Mostly the price is within 600-700 USD per ton FOB.

 

 

Can I ask for a sample?

Please provide the contact details(Company name, consignee, street, postcode, city, country, mobile)

And a deposit of 100USD is needed to the nominated bank account.  Bank details will be provided upon request.

This fund is for organizing and posting,  and to deter people from asking for free samples excessively.

What is the MOQ?

We do wholesale, MOQ is one container, that means the range of at least 15 tons and up to 28 tons.

Testing certificates and testing standards can be downloaded by requesting the link.

Specification

25kg per bundle, 40 bundles per master bundle, weighs 1000kg per master bundle, Tied with 2-3 wires, masterbundle wrapped in transparent plastic and strapped, with slings for lifting, no scaws allowed

3kg per bundle, 200 bundle per pallet , each with at least 2-3 wires tied, palletized, the surface and the top flat and compact .ll the sides of the packaging must be covered with hard brown card board, Pallet must be strapped (at least 2 straps) on both the sides and then wrapped with transparent plastic. Appropriate dunnage/ chocks must be placed between the pallet in order to ease the unloading

Package for 1.5x125mm Loop ties: 2000 pieces per bundle, 5 bundle per bag, 9 bags per pallet 2. Ensure that the 2000 pieces are bundled and tied together with wire, and then put into bags (woven cloth material) 3. All the sides of the packaging must be covered with hard brown card board 4. Pallet must be strapped (at least 2 straps) on both the sides and then wrapped with transparent plastic 5. Appropriate dunnage/ chocks must be placed between the pallet in order to ease the unloading (please see attached photos) 6. The pallet must be labelled on 4 sides x A4 side paper

Each coil must be wrapped with a brown paper individually 4. The carton must be sturdy. 5. The pallet must be labelled on 4 sides x A4 side paper, slightly oiled

Package for 1.5x150mm Loop ties : 2000 pieces per bundle, 4 bundle per bag, 16 bags per pallet 2. 700kg per Coil,  Wrapped by woven cloth and metal strapped and packed tight, sewn thread. ID:530mm - 630mm ED:700mm - 800mm Width750mm, minimum elongation 20%

2kg per bundle, 500 bundles per pallet,.The bundles must be tied with at least 2-3 wires,palletized with flat top & strapped with care

1kg bundle, 25kg per box, 40 box per pallet  tied with at least 2-3 wires palletized with flat top

10 coils per carton, 64 boxes per pallet, total 640 coils in a pallet  2. Each carton must be have its own label printed on 2 sides in red showing: Belt Pack 10 Coils 1.4MM x 1.2KG 2. Each coil must be wrapped with a brown waxed paper individually 4. Then, the total 64 boxes must be loaded on to a pallet. Add a thick cardboard ply on the top of the pallet. These boxes must be strapped with a green thicker strapping tape along with the pallet and the cardboard (you must strap them at least 3 times on each sides) 5. Once these boxes are strapped securing on to the pallet, wrap all the boxes with a transparent plastic around all sides 6. The pallets must be labelled on all 4 sides and 2 labels on the top as well 7. The pallets must be sturdy

Each 25kg bundle must be wrapped transparent plastic and then with a woven plastic. 2. These bundles must be must be tapped together 3. Each pallet must be consist of 40 bundle, therefore each pallet weigh approximately 1000kgs 4. These product must be loaded into a wooden pallet, each pallet must be strapped at least 3 times so that the bundle do not fall apart at the time of shipment
