This is our first time doing business between an importer and the wire factory.

The BL draft will be provided to make sure BL draft to make sure the details are correct.  So you wouldn't have trouble clearing the custom. 

It is better to get things organized many days prior to the landing time. So by the time it arrives, things are ready to go. 

For example, 24th is an estimated time, it might subject to change. Shipping often face delays.

I will help you to monitor the shipping schedule.  Hope that makes sense.

Usually, I will provide these standard documents as below.

SHIPPING DOCUMENTS REQUIREMENT

1. Bill of Lading:

3. Commercial Invoice:
Commercial Invoice stamped and signed: the invoice for last order was correct. Please
ensure that the net weight of product, invoice no, and our reference number matches theBill of lading.
4. Packing List:
Packing List must be stamped and signed:
• Ensure your company full name, our order reference no., invoice no. and transport
details match to the order.
• Ensure that the packing list has all the details of the products, how they are packed,
total no. of quantities, total weight of the product.
• The weight of the packing list, invoice and Bill of lading must match.
5. Certificate of origin:
Certificate of origin must be signed and stamped.
• The certificate must be for China- Philippine Free Trade Agreement? Does this exist?
Do you need this,  I am not sure, you might need to check it with your agent

Not sure about the regulation with philippine. 

6. Mill Test Certificates are required for each contract.
7. Telex release the original Bill of lading in China before the arrival of shipment or send the
original documents on time before the arrival date of shipment. Default is tele-release.
