An international mesh manufacturer was experiencing severe load variation with another wire supplier and brought wire samples to ZK wire engineers for analysis. Zk wire determined the wire was produced using incorrect drawing practice resulting in stress cracking in the surface of the wire. This mesh supplier specified ZK Wire as the only source for all mesh production.
